Who we serve

Businesses that make, move, or manage real things.

The industries differ. The pattern doesn’t: a process that works, held together by spreadsheets, email, and a few people who remember how it all fits.

Distribution & Wholesale

What we hear Orders arrive by phone, email, and fax; pricing lives in one person’s head; inventory is right until it isn’t.

What we build Order intake and quoting systems, customer-specific pricing, inventory visibility, and clean handoffs into accounting.

Manufacturing & Fabrication

What we hear Job travelers on paper, schedule on a whiteboard, and no reliable way to know what a finished job actually cost.

What we build Job tracking from quote to ship, shop-floor kiosks, time and material capture, and margin-by-job reporting.

Field Services & Trades

What we hear Crews in trucks, tickets on clipboards, photos on phones, and invoicing that trails the work by a week.

What we build Mobile work orders, inspections with photo capture, signature and instant PDF delivery, and same-day invoicing.

Professional Services

What we hear Client work tracked across a project tool, a shared drive, a billing system, and a lot of email.

What we build Client and matter tracking, intake and onboarding workflows, document generation, and utilization reporting.

Nonprofits & Associations

What we hear Member lists in spreadsheets, board documents in inboxes, and an annual scramble to assemble the numbers.

What we build Member and donor portals, board and committee tools, event registration, and reporting for grants and boards.

Education & Workforce

What we hear Program participation tracked in a dozen places, and outcome reporting that takes weeks to assemble.

What we build Participant and program tracking, check-in kiosks, employer and partner portals, and outcome dashboards.

Fit

We’d rather be honest early.

A bad-fit project costs you more than a no. Here is where we do our best work — and where you should hire someone else.

We’re probably a good fit if…

  • You have between 10 and 500 people, and decisions do not need six months of committee.
  • A real process already exists — even if it lives in a spreadsheet and someone’s memory.
  • Somebody senior will actually be available to answer questions while we build.
  • You would rather own the system than rent a seat in someone else’s.

We’re probably not, if…

  • You need a finished product in two weeks. Good work takes a little longer than that.
  • You want the cheapest possible bid. We are not, and we will not pretend to be.
  • The requirements are fixed, written, and not open to challenge. We will have questions.
  • Nobody internally can spare an hour a week. The project will stall, and we would rather say so now.

Not sure which list you’re on?

Tell us the problem and we’ll say plainly whether this is work we should be doing for you.
